Bembe's Artist-in-Residence, Beto Torrens (San Juan, Puerto Rico) will teach advanced percussion technique, variations and coros of Afro-Puerto Rican Bomba. PREREQUISITE: Participants must be fully proficient in Bomba Sica, Yuba, Cuembe, Guembe and Holande. Classes begin on Wednesday, October 18th. This class will fill quickly, save your spot today!
