Join us this January for our next Academia Bembé Adult Dance Session: Afro-Puerto Rican Bomba with Bembé Program & Dance Director, Imani Jalil! This session will run from Saturday, January 13th-February 17th and will include six weeks of dance workshops in various Bomba rhythms, special performance opportunities, community events, and more! Learn Afro-Puerto Rican Bomba Dance with Bembé's Dance Director, Imani Jalil, in this 6-week session for adults ages 18+. Classes will be held on Saturdays from 1:45 -2:45 pm, at Bembé's NEW Casa Cultural, 611 S. Layton Blvd., Milwaukee, 53215, across the street from the Mitchell Park Domes.
