INTERMEDIATE Afro-Cuban Rumba DRUM with Maestro Beto Torrens!

Intermediate level Rumba Cubana for an intergenerational class! Ages 11+, Adults and Elders, will practice rhythms of Afro-Cuban Rumba with Maestro Beto Torrens of La Liga Rumbera and Bony Benavides. Learn the three rhythms (Yambú, Guaguancó, and Columbia) under the umbrella of the Rumba Complex in the Havana style with Master percussionist Beto Torrens. Percussion parts, form, and song will be the focus of the class. This is an intermediate level class so beginning knowledge of Rumba Cubana is REQUIRED.
